Overview

Starting from The Royal Oak car park at Leighterton village, we start our 5 mile circular walk through the village, through a field, where we encounter a pathway with several old stiles. We then make our way down the hill into Westonbirt Arboretum following a designated path, where we should see the many varied trees, turning into their Autumn colours, which is always a spectacular display. We then walk through a few fields and pathways, back into the village.

A very easy walk, just a few stiles to get over. Bring a drink and a snack.  Walking poles are always useful.

Many thanks to our friends at Kingswood Ramblers for inviting us to join this walk.
