Meet at 11.00 (please note slightly later start time) outside Tulse Hill station (Thameslink and Southern railways, Zone 3).  Join Gerry for a three-and-a-half mile linear walk, viewing a house lived in by Nobel Prize winning author V S Naipaul, an iconic block of Art Deco flats and the Telford Park Tennis Club which is the second oldest in London after Wimbledon. Finishing at Balham station (Northern line and National Rail, zone 3).  Toilets and refreshments.  Leader – Gerry Beard
