Overview

Little Brington, south on the Midshires Way to Glassthorpehill. Down the hill towards Nether Heyford. Some footpath walking beside the old A45 and then A4500 into Northampton, pausing for refreshments at either Starbucks or Hotel Chocolate. We then walk through Kislingbury and Upton Fields to Upton mill. The route turns northwards along the edge of Duston before returning to Little Brington.
