A lovely walk using some interesting paths.  Good views in fine weather.  Some dodgy stiles and a couple of gates to climb.  We encountered some mud despite the fairly long dry spell.  Potential for plenty of sheep, and possibly cattle in one field.  The leaders will offer refreshments on the return to the lake as the footpath passes their house. Hoping for a fine day so the garden can be used.
