Overview

Continuing with my own recovery programme towards building stamina and muscle strength after an injury, this walk is suitable for beginners. This walk increases distance to 5 miles, we cover rough ground as well as a slight incline on a well made path. Optional cafe stop at the end. Parking fees apply(card only)
