We are the Tawe Trekkers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A variety of terrain including coastal paths, woodland, moorland, farmland and quiet village lanes. This is an easy to moderate walk which will be led at an easy to moderate pace. Suitable for newcomers, those who haven't walked for a while and regulars who don't mind something a bit more leisurely for an Easter Sunday morning.
As this is Easter Sunday the meeting time will be 09.30 to take advantage of free parking spaces. Car sharing is advisable. We will begin walking at 10.00 and early birds can choose to have a coffee at the cafe before we start. At the time of the recce paths were dry but there is potential for some mud if weather is bad. We will meet livestock and golfers so dogs should be on leads where appropriate. Towards the end of the walk there is the option for a 6 minute diversion to the 3 Golden cups for a well earned drink on the way back to the cars.
