A mainly 'out and back' walk from Felindre along part of the Gower Way to visit the beautiful Lliw Reservoirs. The walk will include skirting both sides of the lower reservoir along its uneven forested edge, a steep set of stairs, a gentle climb to the upper reservoir, and an opportunity to enjoy fine views of both reservoirs and the surrounding countryside.
Permission has been given to use a free private car park in Felindre therefore please car share from Carmarthen if you wish to join this walk.
Refreshments and toilets are available at the lower reservoir.
Abergwili Museum Car Park
The parking area is located behind the Felindre Welfare Hall, adjacent to a field. To enter the car park drive up the track, which is between the tennis courts and a telephone box, where you will find a gravelled parking area. This is a private car park. Permission has been given for us to use the car park for our walk. Please do not park directly in the paved parking area outside the hall.
