We are the Wigan and District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The Merry month of May hopefully we will have decent weather for the first local walk of 2026, this walk will be five miles led by Shoma & will visit Haigh hall, Lady Mabels wood & Crawford wood.
The Address of the car park is Church St ,Aspull,Wigan WN2 1YB can people park as far away as possible from the entrance !
Well behaved dogs on a lead are very welcome to join us !
Walk leaders may refuse permission to join a walk if the leaders judge the person is NOT fit or adequately clothed.Leaders may vary the walk if the conditions are judged to be unsuitable. Walkers safety is there own responsibility.
