Overview

This walk is the 4th of 7 walks, where we cover the London Capital Ring walk. On the Inner London Ramblers website this is section 6 & 7.  This walk will take in Wimbledon Park, Richmond Park, Old Deer Park and Syon Park. More details from link below.

The walk will primarily be on pathways with some off path walking through the parks so walking shoes are recommended.  There will be a lunch stop, so please bring a packed lunch. There will also be the option of a pub stop at the end, either locally or in central London.

Remaining stages are:

Part 5 – Brentford to South Kenton (11 miles)

Part 6 – South Kenton to Highgate (11 miles)

Part 7 – Highgate to Stratford (11 miles)

Next stage will be on TBC (subject to train availability), with other dates to be confirmed.

The group walk at a steady pace of 2.5 miles an hour, and there is requirement of all walkers to respect the general pace.

Numbers are strictly limited and places need to be prebooked with the walk leader.
