Overview

This is a beautiful but hilly walk across the South Downs.  We walk through Friston Forest past Friston Place to Litlington. Then we pass the Long Man brewery and climb back up the hill to Lullington Heath at Winchester's Pond.  Then back down the hill to Jevington by the church. Once again rising to the Trig Point at 201m on the South Downs Way. We cross Willington Hill and then drop down through Friston to the carpark. None of the hills are especially sharp but most of them are long slogs! If you are thirsty when we finish, there is the Tiger Inn close by.
