Overview

A moderate circular walk from Castleton Visitors Centre passing several caverns before reaching Mam Nik for coffee. Traversing along Rushup Edge (a high moorland ridge overlooking Edale) before walking over the contrasting terrain of the limestone hill country west of Castleton. A steep descent down Cave Dale will take us back to Castleton. Walking poles would be useful. Packed lunch required. The pub stop will be at the end of this walk.
