Overview

Lower Woods Nature Reserve, Orange End, Hawkesbury and Hawkesbury Upton.

Woodland paths, farm tracks, fields and some quiet roads.  Quite a lot of stiles.
Some paths could be muddy after wet weather.  A gently undulating walk with one big hill.
There may be cattle in fields on the day, but none seen on prewalk.
Lunch stop at Hawkesbury Upton recreation ground with possible drink in the Beaufort Arms PH, 30-45 minutes.
