The route is all good under foot with tarmac or cobbles, a little mud so may be slippery. There is a steep descent down one hill but less steep going up. There will be no rush so you can take your time but it does go on a bit. It’s pretty under trees and there will be scenic views.
Dogs will be OK. There were no farm animals encountered but there may be wild horses or deer, as it's getting close to rutting season. No stiles only gates, please close all.
