We are the West Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A lovely downland circuit, visiting the grey wethers on Fyfield Down, before joining the Ridgeway for a short distance. Then following the Temple Bottom track to Rockley and back up onto the downs to return beside the race horse gallops on Barton Down. Mostly tracks so minimal mud and stile free. Bring food and drink for 2 stops. Dogs welcome!

Park and meet at Manton Down car park, Marlborough, SN8 1PL. Off the A4, Downs Lane, signposted House & Hollow and up a single track road for approx. 0.5 miles. Take the left fork before Manton Racing Stables and the car park is in a clump of trees (entrance has big pot holes!)
