We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Meeting at a familiar car park but taking in the Tan Hill Way, this 12 mile walk climbs Martinsell Hill and extends westwards to Huish. We follow the Tan Hill Way before turning back on ourselves to Oare, passing under The Giant's Grave and joining the Kennet and Avon canal to Wootton Rivers. Turning North towards Savernake Forest and returning to the CP via little used tracks and a small section of Mud Lane. There are two short steep ascents and one descent.

The car park itself is small and frequented by dog walkers, so car sharing is favourable.
