Matlock - Upperwood - Cromford - Intake Lane - Watergate Farm - Whatstandwell - Cromford Canal - Lea Bridge (BOP for Cromford) - Riber - Matlock
We will be walking on very varied surfaces including footpaths through woods and fields which could be wet, muddy and slippery. Please note there are a number of ascents/descents on the route including one literally straight from the start and another coming late in the day, up to and down from Riber.
This walk is at the upper end of the moderate grading.
Catch 8.39am X17 bus from Sheffield Interchange - Leader will pick bus up at Meadowhead.
There are several pay and display car parks at Matlock for car users.
No public toilets on route once we leave Matlock until the very end.
