Overview

We head through the park to High Tor, with views across the valley. The route continues along Giddy Edge, which is somewhat narrow and exposed; this can be bypassed if preferred (or if the ground is wet). We then visit Lumsdale, with its waterfall, ponds and industrial archaeology. Crossing access land, we return to Matlock via Sydnop Brook and another waterfall.
