Overview

Join us for a slightly longer walk along ancient tracks to Old Alresford. After enjoying a stroll through the cress beds, chalk streams and River Arle we will return (up) to Medstead along a quiet footpaths and shady tracks via Bighton. Great views, wild flowers and wildlife plus the option of a well earned drink at the Castle of Comfort on our return.

Bring lunch, snacks and plenty of drink for a long summer walk. A waterproof is recommended even if no rain is forecast and wear suitable footware. There are no facilities on the walk but there is a pub at the end.
