From the west end of Carron Reservoir we will follow good track to the top of Meikle Bin, continue on boggy path over Black Hill to Corte-Ma Law. Return over Black Hill and take track/path to the reservoir and follow the water's edge back to the start. This walk is close to the destination of the August coach but the route is unlike the path over Earl's Seat and gives an entirely different view of the Campsie Fells.
