Overview

A largely flat, 7.5 mile route from Mentmore with open views along the way. We follow the OAR to Horton and pick up the Grand Union Canal towpath, taking us to Great Seabrook where we turn north to return through Cheddington. Paths and lanes are generally sound and, when crossing the few sown fields en route, any risk of mud 'pick up' on boots is minimized. Please bring refreshments for one stop.
