Middleton & Denton Moors

From the bridge we head up towards the Hollies to join the farm tracks we lead us to the bottom of Middleton Moor. We then have a long gentle climb up to Gawkhill Gate at which point we will stop for a lunch break. After the break we walk along the ridge of Denton Moor before dropping down along the Harrogate Link way to Hollingley farm and then onto Hill Top farm and then back into Ilkley.                     There will be some road walking both at the beginning and end of the walk .Refreshments will be at the hostelry adjacent to the bridge
