A circular walk of approximately 4.2 miles from Churchinford via Otterhead.
Dress appropriately for deep mud and you won’t be disappointed!
The walk starts with half a mile of road walking and then takes to footpaths across fields to Otterhead. There is a short stretch along a lane, past the Church (which was locked when the route was recced) to the Otterhead Estate, then it’s downhill through the estate and its mud. Thereafter the route is along quiet lanes back to Churchinford – giving the mud plenty of time to fall off your boots!
