We are the South Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

An easy 2.5 mile woodland walk through the Country Park brings us to the village of Cilcain.
Then it's a steep climb across moorland to the summit of Moel Famau the highest point of the Clwydian range.
An equally steep descent through Clwyd Forest takes us back to the car park.
Meet at 9.15 for a 9.30 start.
1400ft of ascent and the walk is upper end of moderate.
Note those wishing to do both the Bryn Alyn and Noel Fame walks on the 19th and 20th of May they can stay at the Premier Inn Wrexham North on Sunday night (the 19th May).
