Overview

The walk is centred near the former spa town of Moffat in Dumfries and Galloway.

The walk starts at the Ram Statue and heads along a country road for a mile to join the Annan path.

We walk alongside the Annan Water through a wooded area to re-enter the town.

Walk starts at 11:am. from The Ram Statue in Moffat.

Poles and good footwear are recommended.

The path through the wood is uneven with lots of loose stones.
