The Nottingham & Derby Ramblers offer everything from local evening strolls to challenging days in the Peak District. Ages 20s-40s are especially welcome.
A social walk followed by a meal at the Packhorse Inn in Little Longstone. Booking is now closed for the meal, however people are able to do the walk without the meal.
We’ll be taking the walk at a leisurely pace, so it will be ideal for anyone wanting to walk with the group for the first time.
Route: Monsal Head, Ashford in the Water, Lumford Mill, Monsal Trail.
There’s free parking on Butt's Road, opposite the Monsal Head Hotel. Otherwise parking is in the car park next to the MH Hotel, costing £6 for all day or £5 for 3-4 hours.
