Overview

Park along the approach to the University of Essex on Elmstead Road. Meet on Elmstead Road at the corner of Swan Close. Walk will start from Elmstead Road, through the underpass and along Salary Brook, crossing over fields to Crockleford. Through woods and past Shaw’s farm into Welshwood Park then back along Salary Brook.

Coffee stop at half way point. Easy walking with some inclines and two stiles.
