Overview

A walk through Mortimer Forest to the castle at Richards Castle. Varied paths and environments. The walk distance is about 8.0 miles. There are no steep ascents, but the total ascent is about 1400ft. The route includes sections of the Mortimer Trail, the Herefordshire Trail, the Climbing Jack Trail and finally the Ludlow parkrun.
