Join us for a pretty spring walk along the banks of the Afon Bran. Look out for bursting buds of willow and hazel catkins plus many kinds of early spring flowers. At this time there will be lambs and we might see nesting birds in the hedgerows.
Expect muddy paths, and wear strong footwear with good tread on the soles. You might also find walking poles and gaiters helpful.
This is a low level walk on quiet roads and well marked paths. There are x stiles and shallow fords across the river and small streams.
Join us afterwards for drinks and refreshments at the welcoming Myddfai Community Hall and cafe.
Please car share if possible, the walk will start from the Myddfai Community Centre at 10am.
Meet at 9.30am at Llandeilo Station Car Park if car sharing.
The walk is not suitable for dogs due to large numbers of sheep and lambs in the lower fields.
Contact walkleader if you'd like to share this walk.
