We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Traversing exquisite countryside that surrounds the charming village of Myddfai, this can be a wholesome short walk of just 3 miles, or at 2.5 miles you can choose an optional extension to 6 miles total.
Leaving Myddfai Community centre a short road walk, then there follow fields, full of sheep, occasional quiet country lanes, woodland footpaths. After 2.5 miles walk walkers will leave the main group. The rest of the walk is made up on country roads, lanes, footpaths, open fields. Sheep are much in evidence, one or two horses, and cattle.
Coffee and cake then awaits you in the popular community cafe.

There is just one stile. If the farmers close gates there could be as many as 4.
May be suitable for dogs, ask walkleader.
