Mynydd Y Lan and Sirhowy

From our start point we cross the river Sirhowy and climb through woodland to reach the open common at Mynydd Y Lan. From there we make our way to Mynyddislwyn and drop to the dissused reservoir at Nant Y Draenog. A short climb from the reservoir before we drop back down to the Sirhowy Valley at Ynysddu and finally return to our starting point along a cycle track.
