Tiger Bay Ramblers (TBR) is a walking group for people of working age. It is based in Cardiff but walks across South Wales and beyond.

A circular walk starting from Hensol Forest in the Vale of Glamorgan.
After our start through the forest and lanes, we'll walk via Hensol Lake/ golf course, through farms and fields, eventually coming through the village of Pendoylan before going past a fishery and another lake. We'll then join back up through the forest to our starting point.
Generally flat but there are a couple of uphill sections, totalling about 190 metres.
Free car park at the start at Hensol Forest.
Dogs welcome but there may be sheep in some of the fields and we will be walking on some lanes, so will need to be on a lead for at least some parts of the walk.
