Overview

Our walk starts with us making our way S from the centre of Nantwich.

We then head across farmland before picking up a good track that passes in front of Dorfold Hall. We enter the village of Acton (the site of the 1644 battle of Nantwich) and then pick up the canal towpath for the return to the centre of Nantwich,

Although many of the paths are well made there is likely to be some mud as we cross the farmland.
