Please arrive at the car share with a MAXIMUM OF DRIVER PLUS ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON.

We drive to the end of the walk at Stafford, arriving 9.50am.

Car drivers: keep your car keys on your person at all times!

We leave half the cars at Stafford with our clean shoes and travel in the rest of the cars wearing clean boots and with all our walking gear to the start of the walk at Milford.

Some satnavs may not know the way. From A513 in Milford take Brocton Road past Milford Common car park on the left. Pass Dora Rose care home on the left and immediately fork left (slightly left, not sharp left) onto a dirt track. Drive slowly up the potholed track to reach the car park.

We walk the 2 saints way from Milford to Stafford, 6 miles.

We change into clean shoes and all travel again to the start of the walk at Milford to retrieve the cars there.

Much of the walk is on the flat, with just mild undulations. The countryside and walk into Stafford are pleasant. The stretch past the sewage works not so much! There are two very short but very tricky stretches of narrow road to walk, we must take great care and be in single file, I am planning to wear hi-vis for those parts. There are toilets available at Milford Common a half mile after the start of the walk and again at Asda as we enter Stafford.
