A winter walk to be repeated through the seasons.
This is a leisurely walk at a leisurely pace.
We head East of Naphill and through woods to Upper North Dean and through the CWW gate up to Speen. We will stop for lunch in the churchyard at Speen where there are several benches. We then head through Piggotts wood and make our way across Lower North Dean woods and back to our start point.
There are some lovely views to be had and beautiful woodlands.
There are a couple of stiles and a short steep climb into Speen. Poles may be useful. It could be slippery due to mud/ice depending on the weather.
Post walk refreshment may be available at the Wheel PH.
Bring a packed lunch
