Overview

A mixed walk of open downlands, riverside, woodland and farmland.
From Newlands Corner we take the NDW to St. Martha's Chapel. Continue to Pewly Down, then down through The Chantries for a picnic lunch. We continue over farmland to the gunpowder mills at Chilworth for a drink at the Percy Arms. We then pass Waterloo lake before taking Water Lane back to the car park
There should be good views from the various high points depending on the weather.
