Overview

We shall be walking across the fields to Mawsley and then turning East and returning to Old via Walgrave. The fields and tracks will be wet and very muddy. There are a few styles but they are all easy to get over. Unfortunately there will be some unavoidable road walking. The terrain is fairly flat apart from the last section where there is a gentle climb up to Old. There will be livestock in some of the fields. At the time of writing I only saw sheep. So only assistance dogs please. We shall pass the Manvell Farm Tea Room so we can if we wish stop for refreshments. Also the pub will probably be open in Old when we get back. Its a pleasant walk with open views of the lovely Northamptonshire countryside.
