We are the Worcester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will start from the church in Ombersley village at 10 am and walk along tracks and minor roads to the River Severn. Continuing along the river we stop for a break, and then return back to the village via farmland.
An easy walk, very few styles and only one slight incline when leaving the river.
Nothing has been booked for after the walk but there are several pubs and a cafe in the village to make your own arrangements .
Car parking is available along the road leading to the church (A4133)
Please allow sufficient preparation time so we can depart promptly
Route Type: Loop, this is a circular route where the walker ends at the start point without retracing any of the route.
Snacks: One stop, bring drinks and a snack
Post walk refreshments: Pubs and cafe are in village, make your own booking if required.
No dogs please ( registered assistance by prior arrangement with the walk leader)
Everyone under 18 participating in Rambers walks and other activities must be accompanied by a responsible adult, such as a parent, guardian, teacher or youth worker.
