We are the East Radnor Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk is based on the first walk on the Orleton Village web site here: https://www.orletonvillage.co.uk/Leisure/Orleton_walks The village web site provides a detailed description although we may not follow the exact same route.
Much of the walk is along quiet lanes but there will be muddy fields and styles to negotiate initially. There is a gradual ascent of 75m / 250ft. We will walk at a leisurely pace and stop half way round for you to enjoy any refreshments that you have brought with you.
Parking is by the Orleton Village hall which has a large car park.
I can offer you a lift from the Presteigne recycling car park leaving at 9:15 if you contact me by email or phone a day or two before the walk.
