Overview

Our walk will be very scenic, over fields and quiet lanes and we will visit many of Jane Austen's favourite haunts that inspired her famous novels.  We will be following the River Test to its source and will see the churches and houses that featured in the first 25 years of Jane's life.  Our walk will be over gently undulating countryside, but there may be flooding and heavy Hampshire clay.
