We are the Bury St Edmunds Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Please park and meet in the car park behind Pakenham Church for a circular walk around the northern part of Pakenham. The walk is very varied and includes woodland, fields, fenland and a short section of quiet road walking.
There are two stiles on the route and possibly mud in the fen.
Please note that walkers should park behind the church and those coming for lunch only can find parking in the pub car park or on the village street.
There is a toilet available in the church at the start of the walk.
If we are short of time we will finish the walk at the Pakenham Fox, so please bring everything you might need in your rucksack.
