I strongly advise you to approach Patmore Heath via Little Hadham and the Albury Road, NOT via Parsonage Lane - a SatNav may suggest the latter route.

The residents in Patmore Heath seem to have started a campaign to "discourage" parking; so far as I know this is unenforceable.  However  it probably makes sense, if possible to park tidily on the North side of the Heath at about W3W:///curtains.quail.sprinting, TL 44253 25949.

I would also definitely encourage car sharing.
