Overview

This is a circular walk from Kingsmeadows Carpark, Peebles. We head across Whitestone Park and along the cycle/footpath below Peebles Hydro. From there we head up the Soonhope valley taking the LHS path before Shieldgreen. We then follow the path through the trees to the top of the Venlaw main path. From there we enter open hillside and climb up close to the summit of Collie Law. We will have lunch there, before heading down to the main A703 at Redscarhead. We cross this main road (care required) and then follow the cycle/footpath back into Peebles and along the Cuddy to the High Street and KCP.
