Scenic valley walk in a secret and magical place, a Victorian estate previously the home of John Dillwyn Llewelyn the renowned horticulturist, pioneering photographer and astronomer. Over a hundred hectares of mixed woodland, two lakes, seven miles of peaceful woodland walks and a spectacular waterfall.
Delightful cafe for refreshments afterwards.
Tracks with some mud and slippery sections, depending on weather. Boots and poles recommended. Grade is leisurely to moderate.
Dogs are welcome on a short lead.
