From Penmaen we follow the ridge along Gower way. We drop down and enter Penrice Estate. We leave the Estate briefly walking single file along the road before entering Nicholaston Woods. We eventually enter Three Cliffs Bay and follow the river estuary back to the start via Parkmill and Park Woods.
Dogs are welcome but as always will need to be kept on lead when near livestock. Toilets are available at Gower Heritage centre but no where else. Sections of the walk may have become quite muddy particularly lower down from the common so suitable footwear and gaiters are reccomended.
