Overview

An essentially flat coastal walk, with views across the Dee Estuary, a smattering of Industrial archaeology and a photo opportunity at the Point of Ayr lighthouse before a trek back through the sand-dunes.

The final section is about 2kms along the Station Road pavement in Talacre, it is advisable to be prepared with a head torch to increase visibility to road users in case we are a little late and darkness catches us.

There are opportunities to shortcut this walk if required.
