Overview

A circular walk from Pontardawe to Glais, down one side of the valley and back up the other.

A couple of climbs and muddy in parts.

Social after walk:
Afterwards, we will go for refreshments to the Gwachel.

Directions: 
Follow the A4067 north from Swansea towards Brecon. 
At the roundabout by Tesco in Pontardawe, take the 2nd exit, signposted Pontardawe, Ammanford, Neath.
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit for Neath, A474. 

Follow the dual carriageway over the bridge.
At the roundabout at the top, take the 4th exit to come back down the other side of the dual carriageway. 

The left turn into The Pontardawe Inn is just before the roundabout at the bottom of the bridge. 
Park on the old road just past the pub.
