Overview

Starting from the community centre car park (hopefully) we will head up to Talygarn, via Ivor Woods, then across to Miskin Manor, over to Groesfaen and then heading back along the river to Pontyclun where there should be no shortage of places to get a drink or a coffee.

The walk is fairly easy with just one or two minor undulations. There are quite a lot of stiles which are mostly ok to get over. However, depending on the weather during the week, there is likely to be a lot of mud and churned up sections of fields (hence the grade 3 part).

I'd recommend gaiters and sticks if you use them.
