Overview

A walk through Cannock Chase to Wolseley Bridge Nature Reserve for lunch, returning along the canal and through the grounds of Shugborough.  Joint walk with Sandwell Ramblers.

We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 09:00am.  The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than registered assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.

Walkers will need a packed lunch.

Punch Bowl car park, A513 E of Milford, Staffordshire. A461 to Lichfield, keep ahead at island after Three Tuns and next island, at A51 island take A51 towards Stone / Rugeley, follow A51 to A513 junction. take A513, car park on L at RH bend 2.5m further on. Not a pub car park. Do not enter Shugborough estate.
