A circular walk from Buriton Halls Hill car park, at the top of Kiln Lane, to Finchdean for lunch via Chalton Peak and Old Idsworth Garden, and then returning via Sussex Border Path, North Lane/Staunton Way, and back into QE Forest by way of Newbarn Hanger. Fairly undulating, please bring good walking boots, and also walking poles if you find these of help if slippery conditions are encountered. You will also need to bring food and drink for a coffee stop in the morning and for lunch. A pub will be available at lunch time, if you wish to buy additional drinks.
