Overview

Leaving the village hall, we head towards the castle passing the Church of St James and following grassy tracks we reach Mount Pleasant. Walking along quiet country lanes we head towards Crookmullen and Ongar Street. After lunch we will skirt around Woodhampton Wood and return to Wigmore via Lower Lye, Barn Farm and Wigmore Hall. 

This is a hilly walk with muddy sections.
